1. Who is Promcast Limited?

 

Promcast Limited is a private company with limited liability having its registered office at 2, Riga Feraiou Street, Limassol Center, Block B, 6th Fgloor, Office 601, P.C. 3095 Limassol, Cyprus. Promcast Limited specializes in the development, publishing and international distribution of mobile, downloadable and installable games. These games are distributed through online and mobile website, (mobile) applications, mobile stores and Promcast Limiteds licensee and affiliate network (together “Services”).

 

The manner in which your personal data is used has been reported to the Data Protection Authority.

 

2. What information does Promcast Limited collect and process?

 

Use of the Service

Promcast Limited may collect your personal data in the following situations:

 

• When you are using Promcast Limited’s Services;

• When you download and/or register for one or more of Promcast Limited’s games;

Payment information

When you purchase products and/or services through Promcast Limited’s websites, applications or within games, we may collect certain payment information from you on behalf of our payment service providers. Credit Card information is only processed during the purchase process and is then immediately destroyed. When you purchase items via Promcast Limited’s apps or otherwise  for example via the App Store we do not collect or store any payment information.

 

Link to social media

You can choose to link Promcast Limited to your Facebook- or Twitter account, so that Promcast Limited has access to your timeline and/or newsfeed. For this, you are required to permit Promcast Limited to access certain personal information (your username and/or e-mail address) on your Facebook,- Twitter and/or orther social network  account.
 

For the use of Facebook and Twitter, you are bound by the Terms of Use of these services. Promcast Limited cannot influence Facebook and Twitter and thus cannot guarantee that these social media services use your personal data in accordance with the law.

Promcast Limited requires certain information in order for the Services to work as optimally as possible. That is why Promcast Limited automatically collects generated data about your use of Promcast Limited games, Promcast Limited’s Services, Promcast Limited Apps..
